Kate Spade

Rainy days don't have to be boring!

Happy Tuesday! It may seem strange but I love storms, rain, clouds, trench coats, umbrellas, & RAIN BOOTS! Maybe it's because my birthday is April 30th and every single birthday of mine it has rained. I'm obsessed with traditional green Hunter boots because when I traveled in the UK & Ireland everyone was wearing them. I found it so inspiring & fashionable!

Blue Valentine

I loved this film!

Swimwear

I think swimwear is one of the most challenging things to buy. I personally love a solid black bikini but heres a few of my favorite colorful bikinis. :)

The last two photos are Mara Hoffman suits. She designs beautiful stuff! http://www.marahoffman.com/

Local Natives

Such a wonderful song. I love Local Natives, they're truly a great band! This song is one of my favorites from their album, Gorilla Manor. It makes think of my little sister, Mariah because it's here all time favorite! If you haven't checked out LaBlogotheque yet, you should! They post the most amazing take away shows with the most amazing bands! I hope you all enjoy!

Who wears short shorts?

Another one of my favorite Spring trends!

I love everything about this video!

Lace!

One of my favorite spring trends! So beautiful & light.

Lace is an openwork fabric, patterned with open holes in the work, made by machine or by hand. The holes can be formed via removal of threads or cloth from a previously woven fabric, but more often open spaces are created as part of the lace fabric. Lace-making is an ancient craft. True lace was not made until the late 15th and early 16th centuries. A true lace is created when a thread is looped, twisted or braided to other threads independently from a backing fabric.
Originally linen, silk, gold, or silver threads were used. Now lace is often made with cotton thread. Manufactured lace may be made of synthetic fiber. A few modern artists make lace with a fine copper or silver wire instead of thread.

My best friend!

I can't believe I forgot to mention my Olde English Sheepdog, Otis. He's originally from Alabama, then Michigan, now Montana. We take him hiking all the time, he ran into a black bear once but thankfully he was very brave! His favorite activities include: fly fishing with Dad, going for walks, car rides, shopping trips to GoFetch for his favorite treats which are braided bullies, carrot bones, and anything peanut butter! I'll let the photos speak for themselves:). Enjoy!
