After stuffing our faces on Thanksgiving day, Mariah & I decided to do a little photo shoot for RoseVintage! We shot it at the same place Dono & I had our senior photos taken... 5 years ago, WHOA! For styling I was inspired by primary colors, back to school & the rustic location!
Hi lovelies! Did you have a good Thanksgiving? I sure hope so!
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays! How couldn't it be? A day all about celebrating what you're thankful for, eating a ton of food & being with family!
One of our family traditions is to go around the table saying what were thankful for. Does your family do the same? I'm soooooo thankful for everything in my life! Especially my babe! I'm truly blessed! <3
What are you most thankful for?
Home sweet home!

My favorite thing to do in my hometown is explore the forest behind my childhood home, absorbing all of the inspiration!
Did you go shopping on Black Friday? We did! Where? Roughly 10 thrift stores across South Eastern MI & Toledo, OH! We found so many gems for RoseVintage! Can't wait to share my finds with you!
A few weekends ago I had the pleasure of shooting my little sister, Mariah for our Home for the HolidaysRoseVintage shoot! We found an amazing abandoned farm in Monroe, MI (our hometown) & explored it with bundles of vintage clothing & a camera! Hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving! I can't wait to start decking the halls!

Can't decide which visitor makes us smile bigger... Gruppa the pup or Karyn the superstar? Okay, Karyn wins because she knows how to boogie!

Wow, we truly had such an amazing time touring the country in our mobile shop! Thank you SO much for coming out & supporting us!
We're going to start mapping out next summer's tour, so stay tuned for tour dates! :)
We have exciting news for all of you RoseVintage fans!
One of the top questions we received this summer while on tour with our mobile shop was, "Do you sell mens clothing"? Of course we had to say no. I personally hate having to respond with the word "NO" to anything. So I started searching thrift stores & estate sales for menswear. This was such a new territory for me being that I have NEVER worked with mens clothing. I asked for my fiance, Donovan's help a lot. What's your favorite piece of clothing? What do you look for while thrifting? Favorite brands, fabric, style? What inspires you? How much are you willing to pay for a shirt, jeans, shoes? Even though he's not into fashion by any means, he was a GREAT help & had lots of answers!
My little sister's friend, Cody Martell, modeled for our VERY FIRST RoseVintage menswear photo shoot. He has amazing style & an even better personality so I knew he would be the perfect fit!
The next step was picking a name for the new mens section of our vintage shop! Easier said than done. After much debate between "menswear" or "dudes". I turned to my Facebook friends for help. Many of my friends & family made amazing suggestions but the one that I couldn't stop smiling about was "gents".
So here it is... we're announcing RoseVintage for the Gents! We have stacks of vintage Pendleton flannels, silk skinny ties & knitted amazingness!
The first time I stumbled upon this french beauty was while watching a Gossip Girl episode. I thought she looked extremely familiar but didn't realize until watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, that she was in a previous Harry Potter movie. After seeing her pop up in several different magazines, she quickly became one of my "style crushes".
One of my favorite places on earth is the Erie Apple Orchard. Living in Montana for the last three years, I was definitely deprived of cider & donuts. So I made sure to make it my number one priority to get my fix of macintosh apples, fresh apple cider & donuts! Mariah & I nearly ate a dozen of donuts to ourselves.. yikes. It was SO worth it though!
Have you been to an apple orchard or pumpkin patch yet this fall?
